Johnstone History Society Talk
The first meeting of the 2025-26 session for Johnstone History Society will take place on Tuesday 9th September at the Masonic Hall in Collier Street Johnstone. 7:15 for 7:30pm start.
Fiona Sinclair will deliver a talk on "The History of Formakin Estate"
All welcome. Members free, Visitors £2.

Tuesday 13th January - Glasgow, the Clyde and Slavery - a publisher's Perspective by David Pettigrew.
Tuesday 10th February - The Life, Loves and Legacy of David McHaffie....an ordinary Glasgow Merchant? by Paul Noble.

Tuesday 17th March - Social Evening for members.
Tuesday 14th April - Elsie Ingles - 'Go Home and Sit Still' by Liz Allan.
Tuesday 12th May - Mary Queen of Scots by Alison Cathcart.
Johnstone History Society September Talk
Our First Talk of the 2019/2020 Session will take place on Tuesday 10th September when Iain McGillivray presents “Alexander ‘Greek’ Thomson"

The talk will take place at 7.30pm in the Masonic Hall in Collier Street Johnstone.
